Combining Science and Art
ABOUT ARTIST:
I am a multidisciplinary designer working at the intersection of science, art, and communication. With a foundation in fine arts and ongoing training in comparative biomedical sciences, my work focuses on translating complex biological and technical concepts into clear, engaging visual experiences.
My background includes UX design, graphic design, and scientific communication, with experience developing data visualizations, instructional materials, and user-centered digital solutions. I approach design as a problem-solving process—grounded in research, shaped by iteration, and driven by clarity.
In parallel with my design work, I have hands-on experience in clinical and laboratory environments, which informs my understanding of medical and scientific subject matter. This perspective allows me to create visuals that are not only aesthetically strong, but accurate, purposeful, and accessible to a range of audiences.
I am particularly interested in medical and scientific illustration as a way to bridge gaps between research, education, and real-world application. My goal is to create work that makes complex information more understandable, more usable, and more impactful.
